The Duhallow Junior A Hurling Championship got underway for Newmarket on Friday night in Tullylease.
The Junior A footballers finished off their league campaign with a defeat away to Castlemagner on Sunday, the 15th of May.
Sunday morning last saw Newmarket host Castlemagner in round 2 of the Duhallow junior A league and in doing so, secure their opening points of the competition.
Newmarket and Castlemagner travelled to Kilbrin on Friday night, the 10th of September, in Round 2 of the E. Tarrant and Sons sponsored Junior A Championship.
Castlemagner hosted the Newmarket hurlers on Sunday morning, the 11th of July, in round 3 of the Twohig’s Duhallow Junior A hurling league.
Newmarket continued their winnings ways in the 2018 Duhallow JAHL with a 2-15 to 1-07 win over Castlemagner. The game was played April 29th in Meelin.
