Newmarket and Meelin GAA Clubs are holding a joint fundraiser in the form of a boxing encounter: “Showdown of the County Champions” to be held in Safari’s Nite Club on Friday, February 22nd. A great nights entertainment is ensured as fifteen bouts between various individuals from both clubs is on the bill to be followed by a disco. Tickets are priced at €20 each and are now available to purchase.

Membership of the club is now due for renewal. The cost for 2013 is as follows: Players €50, Adults €30, Students €25.
